DREW

GLASSELL PARK | LOS ANGELES, CA

Located in Glassell Park near the Los Angeles River and San Rafael Hills, the Drew project introduces five new residential units through the Small Lot Subdivision process. This four-story infill development transforms a previously underutilized site into a compact and efficient housing typology that aligns with Los Angeles' need for increased density in walkable neighborhoods. The site’s topography and surrounding natural features informed a design that balances private living spaces with expansive views and outdoor access. By subdividing the property into five condominiums, the project promotes homeownership opportunities while respecting the character of the existing neighborhood.
