PACIFIC URBANISM

CASE STUDY

ALLASEBA

PALMS | LOS ANGELES, CA

Allaseba is a renovation of an existing single-family home that re-centers the dwelling around food, family, and shared experience. Located in Mar Vista, Los Angeles, the project includes a custom kitchen designed for culinary experimentation and creative learning, along with an outdoor fire pit, new landscaping, and a reimagined front entrance. The design prioritizes hospitality and intergenerational connection, creating an inviting environment for gatherings both indoors and out. By emphasizing functionality and warmth, Allaseba turns a typical residence into a personalized hub for celebration, nourishment, and memory-making—reflecting the evolving ways families inhabit and express themselves through space.
